Bad service

I regret the day I took Dotsure insurance, thanks to their *********** employee Connie. she doesn't respect clients and gives incomplete information. I have lot of issues that I'm facing because of Connie. I would never recommend anyone to use Dotsure as insurance,

Dear Sbonginkosi

We studied the audio recording of the relevant conversation between yourself and the consultant.
The conversation revolved around the applicable excess structure and the release fees that you had incurred with a third party service provider.
We confirm that you disputed the excesses applicable to your claim. The consultant informed you that you agreed to these excesses at inception of the policy, to which you rep**** that you could not remember that discussion.
We have studied the audio recording of the voice proposal and we can confirm that the insurer expressly informed you of the excesses that would apply in the event of a claim and that you raised no objection thereto. Your consent validates the application  of these excesses.
The voice proposal also confirms that you selected the Comprehensive Cash Settlement cover and one of the requirements of this option is that you provide the insurer with quotes for the repair of the damages. Your claim will then be settled based on the amount that the insurer would have spent on the repairs with their preferred service provider. If it is so that you incur costs for your own assessment, such cost will be for your own account.
It is regrettable that this did not come across in the explanation that the consultant attempted to provide at the conclusion of your claim. The matter has been taken up with the relevant department and will be resolved internally.
We trust that you find this in order.
Regards
