Bad service
Empty promises !
when i took out the cover for my dogs i thought im covered now they coming up with excuses when they have to assist!
I am being referred around to different people that do not know how to communicate on behalf of claim!

We confirm that you had a Pet Third Party Liability claim for an incident that occurred on 19 June 2018, under your Dotsure Pet Insurance Policy.
As per the terms and conditions of your policy, you are not covered for damage that was caused to property that belongs to anyone residing with you. As such, your claim was declined.
Regrettably, taking the above into consideration we cannot fault the Insurer’s decision herein.
