Bad service

I have recently joined dotsure and since I joined the portal for the tracker did not work. Now i can log in but I cant view anything and i have laid many complaints still not resolved. I have also recieved 2 emails stating my policy will increase and it states varrious reason mainly due to my driving but i cant view it nor check my rating. I called in to querry they take your message and no one calls back, Then I get sms saying they made a mistake. I have now recieved another mail saying its goin to increase and I am sick of dotsure and they pathetic service. I joined because of been able to track my vehicle and premium been low but not even a year and they increasing with no reason just an email saying due to various reasons. I will be looking to change it was a big mistake changing to dotsure.
