Bad out come from claim

Were do I start..... House flooded recently due to bad weather. Dotsure came in 3 days later after me calling them again to check damages. Got a reply today with payment for 2 items which can't be replace now due to the amt paid out, I was told I must use my own money to cover the balance and buy it again. The bottom of the lounge suit was in water but when the asser came in 3 days later he just lifted the 1 sofa and assumed that nothing is damaged because he has 20 years experience in the job. That's wat I I've been told by the asser. The service from dotsure is perthic. Why must someone deal with dotsure who is not even going to cover your losses but they expect payment every month. Being with dotsure was a waste of money all these years.
