Bad customer care. To them you are just another number.

I am so disappointed with This insurer's customer service. They are so bad. You cancel policies but they still run debit orders. Also their premium increases are insane. They will give you a price and 6 months later you are paying a lot of money. I want to change my insurer. Basically once you are a client they don't care about you. They do not listen.
