Bad and worst experience 😡😡😡

I am receiving the worst experience from this insurance company for my 3rd party which even now has not been processed yet instead they are giving me the runaround and it’s their client that bumped into my car and now they taking forever to fix my car Everytime I call i don’t get a response of what is happening instead they tell me that they still processing it yet it’s been two months now 😡😡😡 still no valid response This is really unacceptable and disappointing of them to treat me like I am the one at fault of what happened .
