Bad and horrible services

This insurence company is horrible, they have selective listening skills. I have combined insurance both for motor and household. 1st claim lightining striked my house and they declined to repair or replace my appliances and secondly car damaged and they logged a windscreen damage claim. Tell me what tyoe of insurance where assessing the damage is done by the client and remember assosors are charging.

Please dont start if you havent started , never join this or cancell before you regrete. There are big and reputable banks and companies not these subsidiaries.
