Dotsure doesn't deserve any star it's a bad insurance company I dont rate it They are very quick on taking premiums but when u in trouble they look back as if they dont know you I wouldn't advise anyone to work with them it's a bad insurance company

28 Apr 2021, 11:41you people have treated my father so badly and hes been paying his premiums every month
but when was in an accident he claimed but what you did was very irritating we called every day to ask about the claim they kept on saying your claim was Cancelled.then you pay him 14 000 rand you tell him to fix his car by him self what kind of insurance are you
please treat people in a good way...fix my fathers car or we go to our lawyers.
