I had to take my furry child Lulu a Scottish terrier in for teeth to be extracted on the 23/6/2020. I sent my claim in to Dotsure on the 24/6/2020 and by early evening the refund was in my account. I would like to say a huge thank you to Usha Tata-Gaozi for her excellent and professional service I received. The cherry on the cake was when I or should I say Lulu received a Get Well Soon card - absolutely stunning, can think that I have ever received such amazing service. THANK YOU USHA!!! :)
