Awesome service from Taahirah Simons

After joining the pet insurance making use of my mobile phone, when I reviewed all plans on their website later on my computer, I realized I did not select the correct plan. I sent a mail, to ask to be changed from the current to a next plan. I sent the mail just after 06:00 and I received a call back from Taahirah around 08:30. This in itself is unheard of as I expected to be contacted by e-mail by the next business day. After speaking to her I actually realized that the plan I wanted to move to, is also still not quite what I needed. She guided me with detailed information around the different plan options and I am now able to say I feel very comfortable with the plan my pet is on.
