Awesome service from Chad Lewis

We recently adopted a puppy from the Animal Anti Cruelty League in Johannesburg. Whilst completing the forms I happened to notice the dotsure poster in their offices. The next day I completed an online quote and was contacted a few minutes later by Chad Lewis. Chad was very friendly and quickly ran me through the quote options. I asked him to give me the weekend to run through the plan benefits with my spouse before making a decision, and if he could contact me on Monday. True to his word, Chad contacted me as agreed on Monday. I signed up the next day after giving the plan benefits another read and comparing the cover options. The service received from Chad was efficient, in all our interactions I could tell that he valued my time and didn't take any more of my time than he needed to. Thanks for the awesome service Chad!
