Awesome service

From the first person who answered my call to the last one who accepted my claim I had nothing but friendly , sympathetic and great service. Benita handled my claim even though it was not het department, she logged the claim with the relevant department. Annemi du Plessis handled my claim quickly and and sent it to the claims department where Erika Richter phoned me within an hour to assure me that the claim will be paid in full.

I can honestly say that my day that started stressful , ended up being nothing but a great one thanks to all these beautiful ladies at Dotsure. Thank you ladies for making my day better!
