I've had nothing but a pleasant experience with Brandon Cloete from warranty sales for my vehicle, I've been terribly MIA but he has been super helpful in securing my policy, very professional but also relatable. I've used dot insurance for me pets and now super pleased to include my vehicle warranty too. I love how modernised your app and systems are around claims and being somebody in software can appreciate this level of focus on great systems to enable your clients!
