I was Struggling to Load my new fur baby on the website, as she is 3 weeks old and I was wanting to Already Set up the Insurance and have it active as from the day we receive her when she is old enough to come home. Chevanne assisted me via their Chat Portal. She was lovely, and so helpful, and once done had sent me the updated policy schedule immediately.
