Award of excellence: Tamlyn Mostert from Dotsure Pet insurance

I've been a client of Dotsure Pet insurance for 5 years. About 2 weeks ago I submitted a claim. Within 2 seconds Dotsure sent me a no-reply message confirming receipt of my claim. I got an email afterwards confirming that my claim will be processed by Tamlyn Mostert from Dotsure Pet insurance. Tamlyn Mostert informed me about my claim during the whole process until my claim was ready to be paid out. In other words, I knew exactly what was going on during the process with my claim. No problems whatsoever. I would be glad if she will assist me whenever/if ever I will have a claim, problem or any enquiry. She know what she's doing. I also had an enquiry on my policy and the understanding what I got was great! I would be glad if Tamlyn Mostert could be awarded for excellent service. Job well done!
