Avoid at all coast
Dotsure is the last of the insurance company I will ever do business with again in my life so what had happened is the following.
I had a break in while I was asleep in my garden shed value lost was R51 000 rand of value where we were covered for R250 000 on there system then after the incident they came with a A4 paper to fill in the value of our things when the hole house should burn down which end up at R850 500 should it burn down then they use that R850 500 to calculate the payout amount but the house did not burn down it was a break in(theft)

13 Dec 2022, 10:36No matter what I will not let this go untill I have been herd and my stuff has been replaced..
It is simple maths I am insured of R250 000 as per system agreement my loss was R51 000 you can't breach of contract with other forms for as if my hole house was burned down and everything is lost witch ended up at R850 000.
So what needs to happen is R250 000 should be used to assets the calculations not the R850 000
Witch is not applicable. Reason being yiur assessor cam out his word were what is the of all your things inside the house and the house should it burn down to the ground,you can't used that amount hence on black and whit I'm covered for R250 000 and loss is R51 000 I'm not under insured
