At a loss for words... such a pleasure dealing with DotSure.

My pup was admitted to Lonehill Vetenary Hospital on Wednesday evening after being lethargic and severely dehydrated (he wouldn't eat or drink). He spent the evening and I picked him up the next morning after paying a hefty vet bill. That same day, I submitted my claim online and quickly got an SMS saying Rynhardt Groenewald would be attending to my claim. Not even 3 hours later my claim was processed and got an email with the amount due to me. The SAME evening the money cleared in my bank account. I am at a loss for words, wish all insurance companies are as effective as DotSure.

So literarily , this morning, I picked my pup up, payed the vet bill, submitted my claim and received my claim payment in one day.

Keep it up guys! Definitely will be happy doing business with you for the next 15-20 years if this is what I can expect!!!
