Astin Moses - best customer servicing agent

I recently had a terrible experience with OnePlan pet insurance and a bit disheartened and skeptical to sign up to any pet insurers. I did some research and fond dotsure and found mixed reviews. I was a bit skeptical with them as well due to their reviews, but credit needs to be given where due. I decided to put my faith in this provider and called to sign up where I have definitely managed to receive service which blew my mind. Astin Moses, was a lovely lady who assisted me with the on boarding process and made this process so effortless. She has to be the best customer servicing agent I have ever had to deal with, and this says a lot as I work for a private medical insurer and understand all concepts of insurance. Astin explained everything to me in detail with such a warm and welcoming tone, and seems to be extremely knowledgeable as she answered every single question of mine without hesitation.(mind you I ask a lot of questions). She was very transparent and even called me back as promised so we could finalize the process, at the agreed time, not a minute later. This first experience, gives me a lot of hope, with the belief that my fur babies will be supported when they are most vulnerable. Just to make this clear, the prices are a bit steep, cover is great though, but it was the simple fact that a lovely customer servicing agent in Astin, made the process so effortless and persuaded my decision to rather sign up. 5 stars to you :)
