Astin has been an absolute pleasure to deal with! She gave me a quick, friendly, detailed phone call and explained the policy options thoroughly. She took time to remember my pets' names and include my wife as POA on the policy. She's an asset to Dotsure - within 25 minutes, we were insured! Thank you so much! -Mathilde
