I'm giving this rating because I tried to change my accounts manager from Justin to someone else as he NEVER responds to emails. If you ever get a call from Justin telling you sign with them and he will help you, ASK FOR ANOTHER person. As soon as Justin signs you up, you will NEVER hear from him again.

I am leaving this insurance company to another. So over it. Poor service should not be tolerated especially one that is being paid for.
