As usual in South Africa, an irritating website which does not work

Unfortunately your website is just as frustrating as almost every other one in South Africa. I am trying to get a quote online but, as usual, I get to a screen which simply does not allow me to move on despite not giving a clue as to what might be contributing to that irritation. Screen just stopped at 'where is car parked' and wont move on. Have just changed my mind about changing my insurance provider. Thank you.
