My air con condenser failed mechanically. The policy schedule states air conditioner is covered. I submit all required documents. Sorry sir, it is not covered as the policy wording says air compressor only. The policy schedule does not refer to the policy wording in anyway. It is false sense of security given that you are covered. If the air compressor is only covered. It should state that. An air conditioner as a whole system includes all parts except wear and tear items.
