Arabella Julies - Great Service
I phoned dotsure.co.za to add another vehicle to my policy. I was assisted by Arabella Julies. The call cut whilst we were mid conversation and Arabella phoned me back. The whole process was simple and quick. She saw that I received a discount for my current vehicle insured with dotsure and offered to send my details to their premiums department to see if I would qualify for a discount on my second vehicle as well. I did qualify for a discount. Thank you for the great service Arabella.
