Approved Claim

I had an experience with Dotsure where I took a warranty cover with them. 2 months down the line I had a breakdown whereby my clutch was giving me problems on my Polo TSI 1.0 85kw. I submitted a claim as normal but things took a bit of a turn when my service adviser at the dealership gave information on another car that is not mine, which resulted in my claim being rejected. I reached out to Dotsure to do an investigation and everything was corrected. My claim was then approved. Thanks to Nathaneil Issacs for ensuring that everything works out in the end.
