Appreciation post to the best claims team

I would just like to thank my favourite pet insurance team for taking such amazing care of my claims. I literally submitted the claim and the same day got feedback on payment made. For this particular claim I just want to thank Samantha Armstrong and Erica Richter for the amazing service and the absolute friendliest phone call advising me that my claim has been paid. So refreshing knowing I'm talking to people who don't sound like robots. And of course my little Nova appreciates the effort too... More spa time for him. Thanks to the whole claims department, you guys are the best **!!
