Appalling service.
I am logging a claim for a third party because my cat attacked my neighbour's cat. I have phoned at least 5 times and been told that the third party has been contacted and forms sent. Just phoned with third party but hung up after waiting 10 minutes and being sent from pillar to post. Appalling service.
