Appalling customer service, rude receptionist called karin

Good I would like to talk about the rude receptionist from your office by the name Karin, she has no clue whatsoever what customer service is she also had the nerve of hanging the phone on my ears I've been with dotsure for the past 2years an dnever had I had to deal with such bad service please review her position coz I would want to cancel my policy coz of a lousy receptionist that doesn't know how to answer calls and give world class customer satisfaction I asked her a simple question which she could have told me that she will enquire about and get back to me instead of loosing her patience and acting like she is the owners daughter, I refffered a client today and wanted to find out how does the referral skeem work as when I refffered a client I'm suppose to get a month free called at 14:30 21/05/2019
