Appaling service and disregard for their customers

This serves to confirm that the purpose of the phone call when your spoke to one of our portfolio consultants was not to link your account to ITC. The purpose of the phone call was amongst other things to obtain permission from you to compare and share your some (not all) of your policy details with other insurers on IDS. This is done in the insurance industry as an underwriting and verification tool in order to fairly assess the risk.
Unfortunately this requirement cannot be waived as this is needed for underwriting purposes.
You may contact your personal portfolio consultant should you have any queries regarding this policy.
