Another excellent experience with dotsure

We have being singing the praise of dotsure since we joined which is roughly 2 years ago. This time around we had Usha Tata-Ngozi. We submitted our claim yesterday afternoon at 3.44pm and less than a half an hour later I had a response to say that they have received my claim and would get back to me faster than a Beagle can sniff out a treat! Our daschund, Bella went for teeth extraction and descale yesterday. She had an infection in one of her inscisors and had nasty sneezes and couging. She was sneezing up a ****** discharge and has been very unhappy and uncomfortable. She also had a benign lipoma removed on her side. This claim has been the biggest we have submitted to date.

Usha called today and asked a few questions. She asked how Bella is doing, how did yesterday go and confirmed the procedure which had been done. Usha was extremely attentive and friendly and genuinely concerned. I have never even experienced this from my own personal medical aid. A huge huge compliment!

I have to compliment Usha on her quick turnaround time and impeccable service.

Dotsure is incredible. I have been recommending to everyone I know who has pets. Service from dotsure never ceases to amaze me.
