Anniversary of Policy

Hi Dotsure,

I refer to the letter you send to me of the anniversary of the policy. Max my one child Yorkie was put down on the 2 September 2024.

I asked to take Max of the policy and you then give me another amount of R1072 per month and we forfeit the discount because we only have Major on the policy 😒.

Now I received a letter to say that the premium is going up from R1072 to R1579 that is insane R507 increase? That is a 32% increase.

I want this to be revised, surely this a big mistake, and not just that we have a waiting period of 30 & 60 days, what nonsense is that?

We had our waiting periods in the beginning why with anniversary of our policy we have to have waiting periods??????.? I have been bragging about Dotsure Pet Insurance 🙄
