Anneke Olivier - impressive service on behalf of Dot Sure Pet Insurance
I had never thought that I'd return to submit another positive review on DotSure SO SOON. But alas - pets get sick and this is unpredictable. All my expectations were exceeded today - within 10 minutes (no exaggeration here) of submitting my claim with necessary documentation online - I received a call from Anneke Olivier to confirm that my claim has been approved and payment to follow. I just cannot envision insurance claims to be any easier than this.
