Angry and frustrated because of Dotsure insurance

I’m very frustrated and angry I fail to understand why would insurance company call us a sell us deal that are not legit .

So my husband received a call from one of your agent selling car mechanical service that covers everything ,sold it so well that we eventually decided to take the cover,we have being paying from 2019 till to date we have not claim anything, the only time we are faced with mechanical challenge they rejected our claim telling us that ,our cover does not pay for clush kit they only pay for parts .

What ******* is that ,they cnt even negotiate anything with us ,meet us have ,they agent was so rude ,told us our claim is rejected they won’t pay .this is a pure day light *******
