I am a new policy holder with dotsure.co.za and submitted a claim after my Jack Russel suffered from Pancreatic distress. The claim was submitted on Monday. She advised me on the process of the claim and called me again on the same day to inform that the claim was approved. On Tuesday the money was deposited into my bank account.
