****** and cheated on by Dotsure Insurance

This insurance came as a package with my business car in 2019 when it was still called Oakhurst, they covered knowing that I transport passengers with car. On the 24th of February 2025 my car was hijacked and stripped, that's when all my problems begin with Dotsure Insurance. They refused to cover the claim claiming that they don't cover for the business I'm in and later decided to refund all my premiums since 2019. When I spoke to Noluvuyo Mazaka from their claim department on Thursday 6 March 2025 regarding the amount of money they'll refund after deducting all my previous claims, she advised that the amount that is due to me was R160 350.14, however today I woke up on a refund of R9 663.20. What am I going to do with that amount of money since they refused to cover for it.

I am writing this review with a broken heart and so much disappointment about the service I've received from this insurance company after so many years I've been with them. I will also go to the ombudsman again but the issue is that they take time to resolve complaints and this is a matter of urgency. Where do I go for assistance?

Thank you, I hope this gets resolved today as it is a matter of urgency.

Please also note that there was a typing error on the amount that is due to me. It's R16 350.40 not R160 350.14.
