My girlfriend (Raugme) and I recently insured our puppy with this company. We received excellent service from their agent Charlize Minnaar. I have not experienced such friendly and enthusiastic service in years. She was knowledgeable, honest and concise, but most of all treated us as valuable and worthy of respect - something South Africa's service industry is sorely lacking.
