An initial impression

The outstanding web interface led me to get very close to completing a product registration, but decided I'd "do it later".

Fast-forward to today, I received a friendly call from Sonja Pangel. She suggested and explained a different policy to the one I looked at online, which better suits my (and my pets) needs. Her explanations are clear & realistic, and her general phone presence is comforting. Not once did I feel pressured into making a quick decision, nor was my time wasted.

10/10 would recommend dotsure (and Sonja) again!
