An enjoyable and friendly bit of business

Chad is a great listener, and conversationalist. He allowed me time and space to explain my needs, and then gave me the relevant information, for me to make a decision. He has a lovely sense of humor and I enjoyed our conversation. When I said that I was not comfortable paying via a monthly debit order, Chad went out of his way to find another payment method that better suited me. All in all, a surprisingly pleasant bit of business.
