Amber Bird was really very efficient and helpful, direct and to the point. I had also requested somebody call me and I ended up being quite difficult to get hold of as I was very busy and without bombarding me all day long she continued to try and contact me. Everything was explained very well and I appreciated the choice to go through every detail myself rather than have it all explained over the phone. Thank you
