Amber Bird was amazing. She is so efficient, patient, well spoken and knowledgable about the brand made my decision so much easier. She not only took her time explaining the cover but her social interaction made my experience fantabulous. She is a keeper. 5 star service at its best in this day and age is so hard to come across, but Amber gives us hope that quality of service should still be apart of our cultures and lifestyles.
