Amazing Service received by Dotsure

This is my second review on helloPeter, and my second review of the incredible service received with Dotsure.

I cannot stress enough how amazing the service is from Dotsure and in particular Nadine Janse van Vuuren who is my portfolio manager.

The underwriting company does have some room to improve with regards to customer service, however, Nadine ALWAYS takes it upon herself to sort out all my issues and queries with the utmost care and urgency. She has always taken the time to listen to my issues, and has gone above and beyond in order to resolve them.

Keep up the good work Nadine. Really do appreciate your personalized and extremely professional service !
