Amazing service - Pet Insurer: DotSure

Needed to get insurance for my 6 animals, 4 of which are classified as "Exotic" (which can be a real hassle) and the agent dealing with my query, Jaco Janse van Rensburg was amazing. I hummed and har'd and needed to confirm things and he was patient and understanding. Called when he said he would and followed up with my decision. He also helped clear up some worries I had about what the policies did and didn't cover.

Overall amazing experience.
