Dotsure's pet insurance is by far the best on the market, I almost made a huge mistake by cancelling my current policy with Dotsure and going with a new pet insurer, yes it sounded pretty but upon further research, it was anything but! Thanks to Caitlyn, who patiently assisted me and provided me with the information to be aware of with other insurers even after assisting with my cancellation, not even a day later, I requested to revoke my cancellation and reinstate my policy with Dotsure. The patience, understanding and overall excellent service from Caitlyn was outstanding! My policy is now reinstated and lesson well learnt, stick to what you know, new is not always better.
