Amazing service
I am new to dot.sure, just over 2 months. I had 2 recent claims for pet insurance and everything was sorted out quickly and efficiently. The call center operators are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I must say I have never experienced such amazing service from an insurance provider or most service providers these days. Thank you dot.sure.
