Amazing service!!

I requested a call back from dotsure.co.za for pet medical aid. I spoke with Alexis Nel. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was friendly, engaging and clearly explained each and every small detail to me. She didn't push me into buying any option and took me through the plans that best suited me. She was real and human to deal with - she even took the time to have a general chat with me which sealed the deal for me. DotSure are very lucky to have such a passionate employee.
