Amazing service!
I had a great experience, from the day I submitted my claim for our dog I wasn't left in the dark once. They kept me updated from the start. Even before they made the payment back to me they phoned and explained what was covered, which was 100% of the claim, and when I can expect to receive the payment. Thank you dotsure!
