Finding an insurance company, providing all the necessary details and answering questions and then ultimately making the right choice is tedious and frustrating at best. HOWEVER, I was fortunate enough to encounter Marizel Bernardo on my first contact with Dotsure - and she was amazing - in every way. I initially planned to shop around for the best option, but one call with her was all it took. My mind was made up. Over and above knowing her product, she genuinely seemed to care and asked all the right questions about our new fur baby. Even asked me to send pics of his first day on the beach, which I was happy to do. Really really happy with her.
