AMAZING, FANTASTIC SERVICE FROM DOTSURE

I signed up with Dotsure in August 2021. It is so refreshing to come across a most fantastic South African company that actually genuinely cares about their customers. Their service is nothing less than absolutely brilliant, 5 star! On the weekend we had our doggie at the vet. On Monday morning I sent in my claim form and vet invoice, and on Tuesday morning, the refund was in my bank account! No questions asked, no queries, just processed the claim and paid out accordingly! How's that for unbelievable service, practically unheard of in today's times! In a world where we want instant gratification, Dotsure delivers this in bucket-loads. To every person who has a pet, for a small monthly premium which suits your budget, you have peace of mind by having pet insurance. Vets bills are no joke! I really loved the "get well soon, we heard you are feeling ruff" card which was sent for my sick doggie, really cute touch!
