Amazing DotSure and staff
I took out my first pet insurance policy with DotSure 2020/2021. Not sure of exact date. I have no had to cancel my policy as my furbaby is no more. From day one to the day I had to cancel my policy, I have never been so well treated. The staff were amazing, from signing up, one claim and now cancelling. I wish to mention the following staff members who were so well in explaining all procedures to follow, ect. Chanè Jonker. Rachelle Fritz. Shay Harris. Thank you to all and I will always recommend DotSure to everyone I know.
