Amazing Customer Service
I lodged a claim with Chanley Smee of Dotsure Pet Insurance one morning this week. Within an hour Chanley called me for clarification of the claim, and by the afternoon I had confirmation of acceptance, followed up by a courtesy call. Oh my goodness! What professional and efficient service! Thank you!
