I want to say thanks again to Dotsure and Caitlynn Webster in particular for the speedy and professional manner that she set up my new kittens' insurance. Handled my seemly pointless questions like a champ and called back for follow ups precisely at the date and times that we had arranged. If customer service really does reflect the company then I would say I made the right choice selecting Dotsure.
